St Mary’s Football Club proudly announces Anthony Vallejo as the head coach for the upcoming NTFL season, ushering in a new era under the dynamic leadership of Carol Stanislaus, the club’s first Tiwi woman president.
Vallejo, who has steered the team to four grand finals and clinched two premierships in the last five seasons, exudes confidence about the future: “It’s incredibly exciting. We have a phenomenal group of players, and I can’t wait to nurture their talent over the next three years,” Vallejo enthused.
Under Stanislaus’s visionary guidance, the club is committed to revitalizing its deep cultural heritage and fostering a familial spirit that has defined it since its inception in 1952. Reflecting on recent triumphs, Stanislaus praised Dylan Landt’s exceptional leadership in their recent grand final victory and commended Ryan Smith for guiding the women’s team to their first grand final appearance in over a decade.
